heap tsp dried elderflower

dried thyme

honey

ground turmeric

ground ginger

of black pepper

lemon juice
Instructions
Put dried elderflower and thyme in a tea infuser and steep it in boiling water for 5 minutes. Keep it covered.
Remove the infuser and add room temperature water, honey, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well and pour into cups.
