Whisk all ingredients until you get a uniform dressing.
Remove pits from the apple and avocado. Remove avocado skin. Cut apple and avocado into thin slices.
In a large bowl mix arugula and kale slices and dress them with the dressing.
Add apple and avocado slices on top and sprinkle with crushed feta cheese, pomegranate arils, and crushed hazelnuts.
Serve immediately.
