7-Day Healthy Eating Meal Plan
Hey guys! Happy New Year 🙂 I hope you have a nice celebration wherever you were. I was sleeping on my couch until ten to midnight with a sore throat. And went to bed half an hour later. So not the most exciting New Year’s Eve Party. Hopefully, it doesn’t get more serious than that. For that reason, I definitely need to make my meals a touch healthier than they were in December. To be honest I ate much fewer sweets this year than I used to so transitioning to the traditional healthier January food won’t be as hard. But I’ll still benefit from some healthy food.
If you are like me you revisit your eating habits every once in a while and the New Year revisit is probably the most common one. I prepared a 7-day healthy eating meal plan full of healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch dinner, and a dessert or a snack. If you are familiar with my blog you know I like colorful seasonal ingredients and that’s a part of what’s making these recipes healthy. Even if you don’t stick to this healthy eating meal plan you can include some other dishes that include a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits.
